Yogasan Kaise Kare – Prakar aur Fayde

Agar aapko janana hai ki Yogasan Kaise Kare to aap sahi article padh rahe ho. Vaise to bahot se Yoga ke prakar hai hum unme se kuch sikhenge. Un Yogaon me vibhinnata (differences) dekhne se pahale hum ek bat dhyan rakhni hai ki unhe karne ke piche ek hi lakshya (goal) hai, man ki shanti aur tandarust sharir. Yoga bahot se tarikon me modta hai – Janate hai Yoga Kaise Kare.

  • Bhakti Yoga – Bhakti ka Rasta (Path of Devotion).
  • Karma Yoga – Swayanpurtata ka Rasta.
  • Jnana Yoga – Shreshthata ka Rasta (Path of Transcendental Knowledge).
  • Asthanga Yoga – Patanjali ka Rasta (8 step ka rasta).

Hamare liye saral aur sidhe niche diye anusaar yoga karne he. Ekdam se mushkil yoga se shuruat na kare, pahale aasan yoga kare. Yogasan ka upyog hum apna vajan ghatane ke liye kar sakte hai.

BUDDHA PADMASANA

Ye PADMASANA karne ka ek up prakar (subtype) he. Aisa kaha jata hai ki ye PADMASANA ke aasano me subse uttam he.

Prakriya:

  1. Apni Kambal bichaye.
  2. Uspar apne sadharan tarike se baithiye.
  3. Chitra me dikhaye gaye anusar pairon ko ek ke uper ek rakhiye.
  4. Kamar ko sidhi rakhe.
  5. Apna baya haath dayne pair ki edi par rakhe.
  6. Dayna haath bayi pair ki edi par rakhe. (chitra me dekhe).
  7. Kuch der aise hi baithe rahiye jab tak aap baith sake.
  8. Uske baad dhire dhire apni sadharan awastha me baith jaiye.

Fayde:

  1. Ye yoga karne se aap apne pet ko badhne se rok sakte he jiski wajah se piche jukna bhi band ho jayega.
  2. Kyon ki agar pet aage aane lage to aap apne aap piche ki aur jhukne lagte he.
  3. To agar apko saral sharir chahiye to ye yoga apke liye fayademand he.

VAJRASAN

Ye yoga bhi der tak kar sakte he aur isme jyada jor bhi lagana nahi padta. Aap ise bina hile kai der tak kar sakte he.

  2. Uspar apne sadharan tarike se baithiye.
  3. Chitra me dikhaye gaye anusaar pairon ko ghutne se modkar ediya piche ki aur le jaye.
  4. Kamar ko sidhi rakhe.
  5. Dono hathon ko ghutnon pe rakhe aur saath hi dhyan rakhe haath aur kamar dono ekdam saral ho.
  6. Kuch der aise hi baithe rahiye jab tak aap baith sake.
  7. Uske baad dhire dhire apni sadharan awastha me baith jaiye.

Fayde:

  1. Is yoga ko karne se pachan prakriya sudharti he.
  2. Nadi ki suruati bhaag balshali hota he, jisse raktapravah bhi sudharta he.
  3. Isi awastha me baithe rahne se sharir ke antari awayav (Organs)  dabe nahi rahte unhe sadharan awastha me laya ja sakta he.
  4. Pet ke alag alag rogon se bhi chutkara dene ka kaam ye yoga karta he.
  5. Ghutnon ke dard se bachne ke liye bhi ye yoga bahot prabhavshali he. Agar apko bahot hi ghutnon ka dard he to ise dhire dhire se kare.

MATSYASANA

Agar apki pichli haddi aage ki aur juke tab use piche ki aur lane ke liye ye aasan kare.  Is liye ye aasan “Sarvangasana” karne ke baad hi karte he. Jaise ki iska naam he “Matsyasana”, hame isme machli (Fish) ki tarah karna he.

  2. Uspar apne sadharan tarike se baithiye.
  3. Jaise hamne Padhmasana me dekha vaise hi dono pairon ko ek ke uper ek rakhe.
  4. Apne daye haath se baye pair(leg) ko pakde aur baye haath se daye pair ko pakde.
  5. Chitra me dikhaye gaye anusaar dhire dhire se piche ki aur jaye aur let jaye. Yaad rakhe ye karte waqt apir aur haath chutne nahi chahiye.
  6. Uske baad pichli haddi (back bone) aur sir (head) ko mode. (Chitra me dekhiye).

Aisa karte waqt dhyan rakhe ki apki pichli haddi ko moch na aaye. Aur agar aapse ye dhire dhire se na ho to kisi ki sahayta le. Shuruaat me sahayta le hi le kyon ki jarasi galti aapka dard badha de. Jab aapko aadat ho jaye tab khud karna shuru kare.

  2. Uske baad dhire dhire apni sadharan awastha me baith jaiye.

Fayde:

  1. Ye aasan karne se bahot se rogon se chutkara paya ja sakta he. Isse bhi paachan Shakti badhane ke saath saath chaati ke dard dur kiye ja sakte he.
  2. Dama(Asthma) dur karne me ye sahayyakari he.
  3. Jaisa ke aap dekh rahe ho ise karte waqt aapke gale ka bhaag badhta he uski wajah se aap jyada se jyada taji(fresh) hawa apne andar le sakte ho.
  4. Is yoga ko karne se aapka pichla bhaag bhi saral rahta he aur aap mude hue aur dhile dhale nahi dikhte.

BHUJANGASANA

Is aasan me hame pichli haddi ke upari bhaag ko modna he. Ye aisa dhikha he jaise koi saap fan laga ke baitha ho.

  2. Kambal ke upar ulta so jaiye jisse ki apka muh jamin ki aur ho.
  3. Sharir ko dhila rakhiye.
  4. Vaisi hi awastha me apne dono hathon ko kande se thoda niche jamin par rakhe.
  5. Uske baad sir aur chati ko uper ki aur uthaye.
  6. Kuch der aise hi rahiye jab tak aap rah sake.
  7. Uske baad dhire dhire apni sadharan awastha me aaiye.

Fayde:

  1. Ye yoga karne se sabhi tarah ke prajanan karne wale awayav (organs) ke rogon ki dekhbhal hota he.
  2. Aage ki taraf ke jhukav ko bhi kam kiya ja sakta he..
  3. Is yoga ko karne se Kundalini sakthi bhi badhti he.
  4. Kabhi kabhi hum aisa bhi khana kha lete he jo hamse pachta nahi, to is yoga ko karne se hum us khane ko pet (intestine) se maldwar (anus) tak le ja sakte he.

KUKKUTASANA

Ye bhi ek Padhmasana karne ka hi up prakar (sub type) he.

  2. Uspar apne sadharan tarike se baithiye.
  3. Chitra me dikhaye gaye anusaar pairon ko ghutne se modkar ediya piche ki aur le jaye.
  4. Kamar ko sidhi rakhe.
  5. Dono haathon ko pairon ke bich me rakhe (chitra me dhikhaye gaye anusaar).
  6. Hatheli (palm) ko jamin ko chune de.
  7. Hathon per jor dekar sharir ko uper ki aur uthaye.
  8. Kuch der aise hi baithe rahiye jab tak aap baith sake.
  9. Uske baad dhire dhire apni sadharan awastha me baith jaiye.

Fayde:

  1. Ise karne se bhi pet ke rogo ko dur rakha ja sakto he.
  2. Pet dard, sharir ka dard bhi dur hota he.
