1. Roz yoga karne se aap sehatmand, utsahit, shant or khush reh sakte ho.

  1. Yaga shuru karne se pehle thodasa warm-up karle.
  2. Aisa mat sochiye ki apko yoga ant tak karne hi hai, agar koi yoga karne se apko dard ho raha ho to use na kare.
  3. Agar yoga karte hue hi dard ho to ruk jaye, kyon ki hamesha yaad rakhe ki yoga apke vishram or apko shithil rakhne ke liye hai.
  4. Yoga apke liye achche hai. Bahot se log yoga ki karya padhdhati ko galat karte he. Isse aap tanav dur nahi kar sakte.
  5. Apko yoga sirf sharir ke bahar se hi nahi balki andar se bhi mahsus karna hai.
  6. Aapko yoga dhairya or kshamata se karne honge.
  7. Yoga karne se sirf aap hi nahi balki apki family bhi achcha aur khush mahasus karte hai.
  8. Agar apko akele me yoga karna ho to pahale yoga thik se sikh le phi uske baad hi khud karna shuru kare.
  9. Yoga Karne Ke Fayde bohot hai, Apki body ko accha shape milega, acchi sex life rahegi, mind hamesha fresh rahega. To daily Yoga start kare. Sehat ke liye bohot important hai.
