Jis tarah har aasan ko niyam aur seema me reh ke karna chahiye, theek usi tarah trikonasana se bhi kuch logon ko duri banaye rakhna chahiye pet me agar aapke surgery hui ho to is aasan ko katai na kare.

Slip dix ke mareej hai to bhi is aasan se apko dur rehna chahiye.

In sabke bavjud aap trikonasana aasan karne ke ichchuk hai to behter yehi hoga ki visheshagya se sampark kare.
