Jo log ghutno ke dard and soojan se pareshan ho unhe Padmasan nahi karna chaiye. Wo log jo kamardard, sciatica aur ostiao arthraitij se pareshan ho wo bhi Padmasan ko na kare.

Padmasana sabse saral aasan hai aur iske fayde bhi bahut hain. Is aasan ko subah main regular kare aur dhire-dhire is aasan ki awastha main baithne ka waqt badhaye. Apke liye salah hai ki koi bhi aasan karte waqt koi problem aati hai toh turant yog specialist se advice le. Bina salah ke agar aap koi aasan kare aur usme karte waqt agar aapne karne ke tareeke ko galat tareeke se kiya toh uska khamiyaja bhi apko bhugtana pad sakta hai.
