Apne chehre par muskaan banaye rakhen

Meditation ke dauran ek acchi muskaan apne chehre par banaye rakhen. Apko swayam iska mahatva pratit hoga. Ye muskan meditation ke dauraan aapko shant banaye rakhegi aur meditation mein apko accha anubhav pradan kareg.

Apni aankhon ko dheer aur halke se band rakhen

Isiliye aap log apne body ko humesha swast rakhe tabhi aap log dhyan karne main apna man laga payenge aur apne man ko kendrit kar payenge.

Dhyan karte waqt humesha sidha hokar baitthe

Aap jab bhi roj dhyan ke liye baitthe toh aap body bilkul sidha rahna chaiye. Aap chahe zamin par baitthe ya chair par baitthe bas dhyan rakhiye ki dhyan karte waqt aapka body sidha hokar rahna chahiye.

Aramdayak jagah par aur aramdayak position par baitth kar dhyan kare

Aap jab bhi dhyan karne ke liye baitthe toh dhyan rakhiye ki aap kaha baitthe hain woh jagah koi aramdayak jagah hona chahiye aur aap dhyan karte waqt humesha aramdayak position main hi baitthe tabhi aap dhyan karne main apna dhyan laga payenge.

Meditation karne ka matlab hain apne man ko kendrit karna. Man ko kendrit karne ke liye man main santi aur gahrayi ka pravesh karna bahut zaruri hain nahi toh dhyan karte samay humara man idhar udhar rahta hain aur dhyan karte samay hume bechaini si hoti hain. Dhyan karte samay humare man ka sant rahna bahut zaruri hain. Jab bhi hum dushre kisi insaan ki help karte hain toh hume ek ajib si khushi aur santi ka ehsaas hota hain aur jab humara man andar se sant hota hain toh dhyan karte samay hume apne man kendrit karne main asani hoti hain.
