Vidhi

Kambal ko puri tarah se bichaye.

Uspar apne sadharan tarike se baithiye.

Jaise hamne Padhmasana me dekha vaise hi dono pairon ko ek ke uper ek rakhe.

Apne daye haath se baye pair(leg) ko pakde aur baye haath se daye pair ko pakde.

Fayde

Ye aasan karne se bahot se rogon se chutkara paya ja sakta he. Isse bhi paachan Shakti badhane ke saath saath chaati ke dard dur kiye ja sakte he.
