Aaj ki bhagti hui jindagi me har ki apni apni duvidhaye hoti he, apni apni samasyaye hoti he. Isliye khush kaise rahe ya phir jiwan khushise kaise jiye iska jawaab agar koi aapko de sakta he to wo he hum khud. Kyon ki apne dukh ki wajah hamse jyada aur koi nahi janta to uska samadhan bhi humaare paas hi hota he. Lekin is bhagti hue duniya me kon itna sochega, aisa hum sab sochte he. Chaliye aaj khush rahne ke sab tarikon par gaur farmate he.

Samasyaon ka samadhan

Apni samasyaye jane aur unpar samadhan dhundhne ki koshish kare. Hum hamesha yahi rona leke baith jate he ki itni sari samasyaye ya phir pareshaniya muze hi kyo? Lekin unpar samadhan nahi dhundte. To sabhi samasyaon ka samadhan eksaath nahi hota dosto uske liye ek ek karke sabhi ko jindagi se nikalna padta he. Apne chahane walon ke saath waqt bitaye

Adhdyayan (studies) se ye pata chala he ki, pakke samajik (social) dost, parivar aur chahne valon ke saath waqt bithane se hamari sochne ki kshamata achchi rahti he. Aur wo sahi bhi he kyon ki koi bhi agar apne chahne walon ke saath waqt bitayega to achcha hi mahsus karega. Isse aapki mahsus karne ki kshamata ko bhi badhava milta he, saath hi saath aapka khud par ka vishwas bhi badhta he.

Manpasand gaane sune

Music har ek halat me bahot hi asardar he ki aap kis tarah se sochte he. Agar aapko bahot hi kathnai ho rahi ho shant rahne me to shant music sune, achcha mahsus hoga. Bahot jor se chalne wale ya phir ruksha (harsh) wale gane na sune, ye aapke tanav ko aur badha denge! Isliye shant rahne ke liye shant gane ya music sune.

Zindagi se shikayat na karen

Anek baar log jo unke paas hain us par dhyan dene ke bajaye uski shikayat karte rehte hain jo unke paas nahin hain. Aise karne se aap khud ko hi dukhi karte hain. Jo cheez nahi woh baar baar kehne se nahin milegi. Isliye aapke paas jitna hain usme santusht rahen. Aap yadi santusht rahenge to aapka mann prasann rahega aur aapi khushiyaan badhti jaayengi.

Apni pasand par dhyan dein

Vyast zindagi mein apni ruchi ke karyon par bhi dhyan dein. Jaise kisi ko chitra banan accha lagta hain, kisi ko gana gaana aur kisi ko likhna. Kuch samay apni ruchi ke mutabik karya karne se aapka mann prasann rahega aur aapki zindagi mein khushiyan badhti hi jaayengi.

Khushi swayam ke andar se aati hain

Hum aksar apni sabhi khushi, umang aur aashaon ka kaaran baahari mahaul mein dhoondte hain jo ki hamare bas mein nahin hota hain. Iske saath hi hum khud ki khushiyon ko sanwarne ki chamta ko nazarandaz karte hain. Hume apne andar khushiyaan utpann karne ki pratibha ko kam nahin aankna chahiye. Manushya swarg jaise mahaul mein bhi khud ko dukhi kar sakta hain ya phir pareshaani bhare mahaul mein bhi khud ko khush rak sakta hain. Hamara mann hamare sabse accha mitra ya sabse bura shatru ho sakta hain. Yadi hamara mann khush hai to duniya ki sari khushiyaan hamre pass hain. Isliye apne mann ko khush rakhen aur apne andar se khushiyon ko aane den.
