  1. Reedh ki haddi sidhi rakh ke zameen/farsh par Padmasan mein beth jaye(be relaxed). Ghutno pe hath rakhiye aura ab apni saans ke aane jane par dhyan dijiye. Agar baithne mein taklif hai to aap khursi par baithkar bhi kar sakte hai.
  2. Sans lena hai jaise ham hamesha lete hein, badme ise thoda thoda karnahai. Saans lene se khoon ka aeration hota hai.
  3. Abhi sans chodne par jyada dhyan dena hai. Sans ko forcefully (zabardasti) chodna hai. Dhyan rakhna hai ke aapke fefdo ki sab air aap zabardasti kar bahar chhod rahe hai.
  4. Sans lena aur forcefully sans chodna continue rakhna hai.
  5. Agar aap achhi sehat wale hai to 10 se 15 min daily aur agar aap bimar hai to 20 se 25 min daily aap kapalbati kar sakte hai.

  1. Kapalbhati Pranayam Motape se ladhne mein, peth ki charbi kam karne me faydekarak hota hai.
  2. Isase Body oxygen supply badha hai, aur khoon shuddha hota hai.
