Sone se pehle apko vyaam ka sahara lena chahiye. App kuch samay chal bhi sakte hai. Aisa karne se apka shareer thak jayega aur apko jaldi nind aa jayegi. Iske saath hi aap sone se pahle nindra yoga bhi kar sakte hain.

Aaramdayak Kapde pahniye

Dheele, halke rang ke, thande Kapde pahniye. Raat mein sote samay cotton ke pajame sabse achhe hote hain. Iske alawa aap nigh suit ko pahankar jaldi nind pa sakte hain.

Roz nishyat samay par soyen

Sone ka ek nishyat samay bana len aur roz usi samay par soyen. Usi samay par sone ki aadat se apka sharir us samay sone ki zaroorat mahsoos karne lagegga aur aap jaldi so jayenge.

Electronic upkarano ko band kar den

Sote samay aap TV, Computer aur dosre electronic upkarno ko band kar den. Yadi ye upkarn chlte rahe to aap in mein hi vyasat rahenge aur apko nind nahi aa payegi. Waise bhi bedroom sone ki jagah hai jahan par electronic upkarno par kaam nahi kiya jana chayiye.

Chaye aur Coffee nahi pijye

Sote samay chaye aur coffee bilkul bhi nahi pina chahiye. Ye apki nind ko door kar denge. Yadi aap sone se pehle kuch pina chahte hain to thanda doodh pijiye. Isse apko jaldi aur achchi nind aayegi.
